High School programs:
Program 1
For students from 7th and 8th grades who want to learn Dutch as a first language:
- In person class in Vancouver, September to June
- Attends De Esdoorn Dutch Cultural Days
- Teaching method is Nieuw Nederlands Toewerken, working towards the CnaVT exam (Certificate Dutch as a Foreign Language)
- Suitable for students who have completed group 8 at De Esdoorn or for students from 7th/8th grade with sufficient knowledge of Dutch.
Program 2
For students from 7th and 8th grades who want to learn Dutch as a second language:
- Online class (on a weekday or weekend) from September to June
- Teaching method depending on the level of the students
- Working towards the CnaVT exam (Certificate Dutch as a Foreign Language)
